Upon payment of applicable fees and compliance with these terms, AI FLow Agency grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our software and services strictly for their intended purpose.

Under this license, you are allowed to:
• Access and use of the software or services for internal business purposes.
• Integrate our solutions into your workflows, provided they adheres to the use case agreed upon during onboarding or in your service contract.
• Modify output data generated by the software for your own operational needs, unless stated otherwise in a separate agreement.

You may not:
• Copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or sell our software or services without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of our software.
• Use our software or services to create competing products or services.
• Allow unauthorized third parties to access or use the software unless explicitly agreed upon.

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the software, including any updates, enhancements, and related documentation, are and remain the sole property of AI Flow Agency. This license does not grant you ownership of the software or its underlying intellectual property.

• Licenses are subject to applicable fees, as outlined in your agreement or pricing plan.
• Licensing terms (e.g., annual, monthly, or perpetual) will be detailed in your service contract.
• Failure to renew a license may result in suspension or termination of your access to the software or services.
